Questions, answered.
What counts as an object?
One migrated item is one object. A task with 3 comments and 2 attachments is 6 objects: the task plus each of its pieces. The list of migratable items differ based on the source platform. Click on each migration here to know what'll be migrated. Every running migration reports its object count live, so you always know where you stand against your limit.
If a migration reaches your limit it pauses automatically: progress saved, nothing lost. After either an upgrade or a reset, you can resume it from where it left off, skipping everything already migrated.
What happens when I hit my object limit?
The migration pauses automatically and your progress is saved. Upgrade your plan (or wait for the migrated object count to reset at the end of your subscription period) and press Resume: the job continues from exactly where it stopped.
Can I pause a migration myself?
Yes. Every running migration has a Pause button. If you click it, the object migrating at that time finishes cleanly and the job stops. You can then resume whenever you're ready.
Can I retry objects that failed?
Yes. If some objects fail, e.g. a network blip or API rate limits, the migration completes and shows a Retry Failed button. Only the failed objects are retried; everything already migrated is left untouched. Note that retry cannot fix failures that occur due to limitations in the target platform, e.g. an object's attribute values have foreign characters that are not supported in the target.
How are my credentials stored?
OAuth tokens and API keys are encrypted and scrambled at rest. Expired OAuth tokens are refreshed automatically during long migrations. You can disconnect an account at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro and Business plans are paid monthly subscriptions and you can downgrade to the Free plan anytime to cancel your paid subscription. If a paid subscription is cancelled, it'll take effect from the next month. The Free plan keeps your account and history; only your migration object limit changes.
